The Extended Leadership Team (War Cabinet), comprised of the Senior Leadership Team and Heads of Key Stages 3 and 4, meet half termly to quadrilate data. The team look at behaviour, attendance, SDQ and progress data to map appropriate and personalised interventions.
Examples of personalised interventions are:
- Head of Key Stage mentoring meetings for Wellbeing, Behaviour, Attendance and Progress
- Therapeutic – cooking, caretakers apprentice, music, art
- Behaviour – Managing strong emotions, boxing
- Academic – Rapid Read, Word Shark, Numeracy Ninjas, Speech and Language
