Vaccination UK (NHS-commissioned) will visit our school on the 25th November to offer the Flu Nasal Spray or porcine-free IM injection.
All students are eligible.
Consent Form – Required for All
All parents must complete the consent form, even to decline. Without it, your child may miss out.
