Why Study English?
English is a core subject and is fundamental to everyday life. The skills that are taught play a crucial part in supporting pupils in other curriculum areas and life beyond school. We firmly believe in a growth mind-set where all pupils can make excellent progress.
An English qualification is crucial to pupils next steps. Both colleges and employers use English to assess your suitability for courses and employment.
