Friday, March 16, 2018 0 News

Monday 12th March, a group of Year 8 students went to Royal Air Force Museum Cosford as part of their Outdoor Education course.

The museum had many different things to see, including a Cold War Exhibition and a display on Prisoners of War.

They saw how technology in planes has advanced over time. The students saw many planes that had been used in the World Wars and learned what Cosford’s role was during WWII.

The students enjoyed the Fun ‘n’ Flight hands-on interactive gallery, where they got to sit in the cockpit of a Jet Provost and use the controls to move the flaps.

The museum offered the students many opportunities to learn and enjoy themselves.
