Why Study Employability?
Employability is taught to improve your chance of employment. In this qualification you will be taught how to find and shortlist appropriate employment. You will be shown how to complete both a CV and an application form as well as writing an application letter. You will also have the opportunity to hone your interview skills in preparation for the all-important job interview.

Who teaches it?
Luke Parrock leads the Employability qualification.
How is it taught?
You will have one 70-minute lesson per week, and the qualification is purely portfolio based, you will develop your employability skills through small group study and discussion. You will be supported in how to understand the world of work and employer expectations.
What do we learn?
You will study Employability Course, by looking at a range of units that will enhance your employability skills and improve confidence when applying for employment or training.
